When is the buyer responsible for returning shipping fees?
The buyer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item unless the seller sent an incorrect or damaged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The buyer is also responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with the seller) if an item isn’t returned in its original condition.
For international orders, we will refund the cost of the product only. We do not refund the original shipping cost, and any return shipping fees, as well as any import fees or duties paid, are the responsibility of the customer. Due to the higher cost of shipping internationally, we also charge shipping for sending an exchanged item.

If the buyer received the incorrect item, or the item arrived damaged, the buyer must provide photo evidence of the issue, and the seller will cover the returning shipping fees.

Full Refund
All returns must be started within 14 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

All returns must be started within 14 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for a return:
- Clearance Items
- Wholesale Items
- Gift cards
How to Request a Refund

When will the customer going to receive their refund?
If you are located in the United States, refunds will typically take 2–5 business days to appear on your statement (although it can take longer depending on your card provider). If you are located Internationally, the refunds issued to credit cards outside the US usually take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
Non Hassle, $0 Restocking Fee Exchange
- There are no explanations needed. If you don’t like the products, or the product doesn’t match your clothes, there is no explanations needed.
- Simply go to the contact page, and choose the exchange option from the contact page.
- Please include your order number in the request.

Exchange Conditions
- Buyers must contact us within 14 days after receiving the package.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the returning item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition that you received it.
- Please submit the tracking number for the returning package after you send it out.
When will the customer receive the exchanged Item?
- After we receive the returning package, we will send send out the replacement within 3 business days.
- Depending on where you live and how quickly you sent the returning package out, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
