We inspect every item(s) carefully before sending them out, but we are not perfect. If something is missing or defective, please contact us WITH A PHOTO at boutiquejj6@gmail.com. We will be happy to send you a replacement.

First, please check your shipping status through the email we sent to you after the order has been shipped. If the package has been received by USPS but has not yet been delivered, it usually means there may be a delay and could be arriving soon.

If the package is marked as delivered, oftentimes, it's because USPS places the package at the wrong address around the neighborhood.

Please contact your local USPS office and allow 3 more days for your neighbor to return the package to USPS. If you still do not receive the package after being delivered for 3 days, you are welcome to contact us for a replacement.

At this moment, we do not have any plans to do social media promotions.

We ship out all orders within two business days. Please contact us ASAP for any changes before you receive an email with the shipping label creation. Once the shipping label is created, the package could already be in the post office, including the packages that are not in the USPS system yet.

Yes! The minimum order requirement for wholesale orders is 50 pieces. The Wholesale items are not returned and are refundable. You are welcome to contact us for more details at boutiquejj6@gmail.com. Please include the information below in your message:

1) How many pieces you are planning to order?
2) What are the designs you are planning to order?
3) How soon will you need them?
4) What's your shipping address?
5) Resale Certificate or the resale number of your business.

Shipping

All packages are sent out with USPS First-Class Mail within 2 business days (unless stated otherwise) from Texas, USA.

During the non-holiday season, packages are usually delivered within 2-7 business days once it enters the USPS system. Shipping upgrades are available for purchase if quicker delivery is needed.

USPS Priority Mail packages are stated to be delivered within 1-4 business days.

USPS Priority Express Mail packages are stated to be delivered within 1-2 business days.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by USPS or other shipping services and will not be able to reimburse shipping costs due to carrier delays.

Shipping carriers are experiencing frequent delays, especially for International orders. The estimated delivery time for International Shipping takes 2-3 weeks to arrive by USPS Standard Shipping. However, it is normal for a package to be delivered with UP TO 3 WEEKS DELAY. (Which adds up to possible 6 WEEKS)

What are the shipping options?

We use USPS First Class Mail for all items that weigh less than 16oz, and Priority Mail for packages that weigh over 16oz.
